Brian founded, developed, and sold multiple equipment finance companies in his career. He managed the operations of banks and independent lenders including M&C Leasing, Evans Bank, and Blue Bridge Financial. Brian’s financial background, portfolio management and risk modeling has helped Targeted Lending Co., LLC become one of the most progressive equipment finance companies in the industry.

Michael has spent most of his career on the accounting and finance side of the equipment finance industry. He has been responsible for financial reporting, state and federal compliance, budgeting, cash management, and audits at Evans Bank and Blue Bridge Financial. In addition to these functions, Michael brings a comprehensive understanding of capital markets to Targeted Lending Co., LLC

Renee is an original founder of Targeted Lending Co. having spent her entire career in the equipment finance space, formerly at Evans Bank and Blue Bridge Financial. Renee has been on every side of the equipment finance industry and is currently concentrating on the business development side of Targeted Lending Co., LLC. Renee is a recipient of "The Top 50 Women in Equipment Finance" award and is an active participant in industry organizations.
